Service providers, however, are not obligated to monitor third party information transmitted or stored by them, or to investigate circumstances which indicate an illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information according to general laws remain unaffected. 4.3 – Accountability for links:

This website contains links to external websites of third parties on whose contents we have no influence. Therefore, no guarantee can be given for these third party contents. The contents of third party sites, which are linked to, do not reflect the opinion of the website owner, but are merely for the information and the representation of connections. The respective provider or operator of the respective pages is always responsible for the contents of the linked pages. The linked pages were checked for possible legal violations at the time of linking. At the time of the linking illegal contents were not recognizable. However, a permanent control of the content of the linked pages is not reasonable without concrete indications of an infringement. If we become aware of any legal infringements, we will immediately remove such links.
